Nutrionist: Do frozen vegetables contain all the nutrition that fresh vegetable contain?

My College nutrition professor said yes, if you say no can you back that up with scientific (or other) articles?

According to some newspaper reports on nutrition that I have seen they contain about 80% of the nutrients of fresh vegetables. Apparently you lose about 20% due to the freezing process.

Yes. However how you heat them may take the nutrients out. Microwave ovens deplete the nutrients. If you steam or boil frozen veggies, they have the same nutritional content as fresh ones.
