Which Is A Better Anaphrodisiac Herbal Supplement?

So I’ve found both vitex and skullcap herbal supplements are reported to be sufficient anaphrodisiacs (something that decreases sexual desire). Would you suggest one over the other? Would you suggest a different herbal supplement or snack food?

Here are some from my favorite herbal: Camphor, Hops, Sweet Marjoram, Agnus Castus (Vitex), Black Willow and Stramonium. The last two are difficult to find in the US, so I’ll skip them.
Camphor oil is used 1-2 drops on a sugar cube, 2-3 times daily. Not used in epilepsy.
Hops tea is drank 3x daily or 250mg capsule of powdered flower 2-3x daily. Not used in depression. May cause slight drowsiness.
Marjoram tea made using 2 teaspoons dried, crushed leaves per cup, 1/2 cup 3x daily. Also effective used as oil diluted in carrier and massaged over abdomen. Not used in pregnancy.
Vitex is especially helpful for women, reducing estrogen production. Balances hormone swings in both men and women. Extracts available in liquid, tablets & capsules. Take 10-20 drops liquid daily or 2-300mg tablets. May increase possibility of conception.
Skullcap is calming, anti-stress herb but I didn’t find any reference as anaphrodisiac.
