Raw is best, but grilling them as long as you don't overcook them is fine too. You will still get some nutrition from them. They just suggest you don't boil your veggies to mush is all.
References :
A raw vegetable is always better, but I cant stick to a raw diet yet, so what I do is, when I either bake, steam, grill, boil... vegetables I do it only for as long as I find it necessary. Vegetables that can be eaten raw dont need much cooking to get a bit softer. If you dont overcook, it is just fine. I like them crispy and not too soft anyway.

You can always have it with a salad on the side and those are all raw usually.
References :
Steaming is good because you don't cook the tar out of it. It leaves veggies al-dente. Cooking corn or any veggies in foil on the grill isn't bad at all if you don't overcook them. Any kind of cooking veggies is OK as long as you leave them half raw, or not overcooked.
References :
NO. Almost everything loses some nutrition by cooking, but it's ok to cook them and grilling is a great way to add variety. Most people get plenty of nutrition from eating a variety of foods. So unless you're deficient or something, you shouldn't worry so much. Just eat a variety of raw and cooked healthy foods and you'll be just fine.
