Can A Child Who Is Already Taking A Multivitamin Supplement Also Take A Packet Of Emergen-c?
…or would this cause the child to overdose on vitamins (especially on vitamin C)?
I’m asking this because my little brother is a terribly picky eater (he only eats french fries, macaroni and cheese, salami sandwiches, and junk food). He constantly gets sick and so I am buying him this liquid multivitamin supplement. Should I also buy him some Emergen-C? What do you think? Thanks.
