What Is The Best Multivitamin Supplement?
I’m NOT looking for a one-a-day. I don’t mind taking 6 caps a day from the same bottle. I’m looking for something that more or less has at least:
A: of a natural type. |
B: plenty including 800 mcg of Folic and B12 of the cyano- type. |
C: not ester-C, at least 500mg. |
E: natural d-alpha-tocopherol succinate, >200mg. |
Iron: none. |
Selenium: 200 mcg. |
Chromium: 200 mcg. |
Optionally, these would be great too:
D: 800 IU. |
Calcium: 1000-2000 mg. |
Magnesium: 500 – 1000 mg. |
Other trace minerals. |
Omega 3 oils. |
Reveratrol.
