The multivitamin can potentially interfere with sleep. Calcium and magnesium are great before bed. Just remember your body can absorb just so much calcium at one time, so maybe try taking the multivitamin with breakfast.

try taking multivitamin with food. they contain fat-soluble vitamins which means they need fat for ur body to absorb them.
as for calcium, what’s ur age?
why r u taking calcium supplements?
if u can, try to get them from ur diet. too much calcium without adequate fluid intake can cause kidney stones, yikes.
