		<description>It wont hurt anything.  The only thing is you may be peeing your money down the drain.  After a certain point the vitamin and supplement cant be used by your body anymore.  It wont hurt anything to try.</description>

		<description>A multivitamin only contains a small amount of iron so taking an iron supplement as well is OK.  As you eat a lot of red meat you really don&#039;t need an iron supplement as the iron in red meat is absorbed really well.
If you drink a lot it depletes your magnesium levels and also your levels of vitamins B1 and B3 but as far as I know it does not deplete your iron levels. </description>
