What Is The Best Time To Take A Multivitamin? Night/day, Once A Week/day, On A Full/empty Stomach?
I am trying to stay healthy, and one of the first steps I am taking is to take a multivitamin. It’s nothing fancy, just equate multivitamin supplements. Right now, I am just taking half of one(they are huge!) every night. Is that best? Is that too/not often enough? What do you do? Thanks for your help!
