Can I Take A Vitamin C Supplement And Multivitamin/multimineral Supplement At The Same Time?
Sure, vitamin C is water soluble so you will just pee out any extra. It would be better though, if you took one in the morning and one at night.
The vitamins you DON”T want to double up on are the oil soluble ones like A, D, K, & E b/c you can actually reach toxic levels.

Yes, the multi will probably have all the Vitamin C you need, but there is no risk of overdose. There is higher risk of just not seeing any benefit from the extra.

That won’t cause much of a problem, vitamin C is water soluble and the excess is excreted in urine, it is better to make and drink fresh lemonade, citrus fruit, oranges etc, and guava are other rich sources of vitamin C

Yes you can. Try to find a chewable vitamin C, it appears to be more readily absorbed. It also helps to combat skin outbreaks and rashes.

No problem whatever. The vitamin C content in multivitamins is very small and you do really need some extra vitamin C to boost your immune system.

Yes. You can have all the vitamin c you want. Monkeys and birds that eat fruit all day have a ton of vitamin C. look at how much energy they have.
