Question About Centrum Multivitamin / Mutimineral Supplement?
There’s no negative side affects of taking a daily tablet of vitamins / minerals? I picked up a jar of vitamins at the grocery store because i’m pretty sure i do not get all my daily vitamins, and i was just curious as to if it could be bad for your health in any way? I am 17 btw if it matters
