Multivitamin And Supplement Information- Experts Or Educated Diet/nutrition People Please Answer Thanks! :)?
Can you please recommend a multivitamin that is nearly 100% on all essential vitamins/minerals/ingredients and fully absorbable? (e.g. is a liquid multi after working out the best in terms of absorption?)
Also, can you recommend natural supplements that solve the following issues:
1) high stress levels/cortisol (apple-shaped woman)
2) naturally energizing (i try to avoid coffee, but tea is not effective enough..not even black tea)
3) weight loss (again- as naturally as possible)
4) mood elevating (no anti-depressants please)
thanks very much! ![]()

I am sorry to say, but there are no pills to treat everything you have on that list.
Reduce Stress – First, how do you know you have a high cortisol level? Cushings or Addison’s are very rare. Get a doctor administered blood test to be sure that is actually the situation. Best stress reliever known to mankind – exercise, no tablet for yet available.
Naturally Energizing – again, I would suggest exercise.
Weight Loss – See above.
Mood Elevating – yep, you guessed it, Exercise is number one again.
If you want to take a pill for that, then put a sugar pill in your pocket while you go for your daily walk in the park. You will feel much much better.
Good luck.

For years, I have struggled with the same conditions that you described. I even have a bottle of liquid vitamins in my fridge, but I did not feel results, so I quit taking them. Just two months ago, I did find an excellent supplement called ProFemTabs and Fem Cream, and yes, I do notice my energy levels have increased. IBS has straightened out also. I do supplement with St. John’s Wort and I just added Evening Primrose Oil. You may also want to supplement with Chromium as this is what is recommended for insulin-resistant people. As for diet and weight loss, I just finally decided to bite the bullet and I went vegetarian. I LOVE cheese, but eating healthy and still including cheese meant I still had high cholesterol and the doc said to stop it or I would have to go on meds. The site I’ve recommended below is a good site with awesome prices. The prices with shipping are better than what is at the health food stores! And I got it in a reasonable amount of time. Good luck!

First of all, NO vitamin/mineral supplement, even liquid is 100% absorbable, so let’s forget that idea from the get go. Second question is are you working out currently, or just knowing you need to, but not yet doing anything about this? Third is, apple and pear shaped women/people have a much higher tendency towards diabetes, so that sugar pill ideas SUCKS in the extreme. Studies have also shown that for those of us inclined towards MODM or Type II Diabetes, and for those of us who are insulin resistant, coffee consumption can actually be a really good thing metabolically. And yes, coffee is a drug, not a foodstuff. It is an adrenal and metabolic stimulant, and it’s important to tell yourself that if you are going to use, that you are in fact, using a drug. It is also a mood elevator/impactor. If you find consumption of coffee keeps you up at night, or alters your ability to sleep well, I would agree with you, and not use it. If, however, consumption of coffee early in the day makes you more energetic, elevates your mood, clears your mind and enables you to get through your day in a better state of being, I would continue with it and not worry so much. For almost all of us with that body type, or the tendencies you’re describing, MOVEMENT and EXERCISE are the missing links. The energy issues, weight loss and mood elevation will often take care of/solve themselves when exercise is engaged in, and I mean some SERIOUS exercise, not knitting. And yeah, if you’re anything like most of us, for weeks, or even months, exercise may be the very last thing you want to do or think you can get to. Exercise, however, may be the very thing that saves your life. I know it is and always will be for me, as a late onset Type I Diabetic, and no, I’m not doing nearly enough of it. As the single working mother of a college student and another child who is disabled, I work a desk job 8-9 hours a day. Then I come home, and there’s the entire household to be dealt with. There’s homework, dinner, pets, laundry, grocery shopping, weekly dump runs, mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room, bedrooms, housework that never, ever seems to end, so I feel you. I know just what you’re going through. I frankly have no bloody energy left with which to exercise, and I think you understand just what I’m talking about here. There’s also no alternative. I got a second job doing massage this year, and it has been my saving grace because I LOVE doing it, it puts me back in the health and well-being field, it is one of the great joys of my life to be helping people heal themselves, and it reminds me whenever I do it of what optimal health and optimal caring for oneself looks like, which we all know we can be quite forgetful about. Vitamins and minerals are good things, but eating the right foods and moving one’s body through space are what’s key here. There is no magic pill, nor is there a quick fix for the state we find ourselves in. It’s basically called “Get thee to the gym!” or rather than watch that movie, put the yoga tape/pilates tape/Tae Bo tape/Dancercise tape in, and move your butt. It’s also called get up an hour earlier, and make that your time for yourself and your self-care. No magic bullets here, sorry. Macrobiotics and Japanese foods, plus tons of salads, veggies and lean protein, with little to no dairy really help me to lose weight. It’s the home I return to whenever I need to do a self-makeover. Best of luck to you!

Yes, “All in One” is a powder properly mixed in powder form that comes with measuring spoon to add to a glass of water or favorite fruit juice.
It is the only one I know of that has the right portions of all vitamins, mineral, enzymes etc hence the name “All in One ”
No I’m not a sales man.
