Can Anyone Give Me The Name Of A Good Multivitamin That Is Not A Horsepill?
I have begun to workout on a regular basis (cardio and weights) and I have a hectic schedule otherwise, which makes for meals on the run. Someone suggested i take a good multivitamin to supplement so the workout does its job and doesn’t drag me down. My wife takes these gigantic pills. I have no problem taking smaller or even more mediuam sized pills, but the big ones I cant get down.
