Is The Daily Centrum Multivitamin Ok As A Prenatal Vitamin?
Pre-Natal Vitamins vs. Centrum Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement. The amounts of vitamins and minerals seem to be the same. The only difference I can see is the amount of folic acid is only 400mg. Would taking two of the Centrums a day accomplish the same thing as a pre-natal vitamin?
