		<description>You need calcium in your diet for your bones and teeth.  As we get older our bones become more thinner.  They loose their density and when a bone breaks it is harder to heal.  I know this because my mom did not drink a lot of milk and now she has thinning bones.  Take a calcium supplement with your meals and then you will not need to worry about thinning bones as you get older.</description>
