Is It Safe To Take Another Iron Supplement When I Am Already Taking A Multivitamin That Already Has Iron In.?
MY first question is why are you taking either of them?

It depends on the total amount of iron you consume. You should not take more than what is the daily recommended allowance. Remember that some iron you get from your food.
Too much iron can be lethal, seriously. Never, ever take more than RDA of iron!!!!!
Another thing that is not well known: many times an anaemic person doesn’t need extra iron- the person may lack a vitamin, e.g’.B12, or a micro mineral, e.g. copper, instead. Adding more and more iron makes things worse in these cases- the person ends up more anaemic.
If you are a vegan you may lack vit B12, which leads to poor iron absorption.
Eat balanced meals, have lot of fresh fruit and veggies, skip all processed food and fizzy drinx (they sweep out the vital vitamins and minerals from the body!!). Food is our medicine.

Why do you want to take an iron supplement? You should not be taking iron supplements unless you have had blood tests proving that you are anemic. Too much iron is dangerous and your body cannot naturally just get rid of excess iron.

Of course not. Take your multi-vitamin and some added vitamin and mineral tabs.

No. If you do make sure you buy some laxatives because you will need them.

I wouldn’t advise it.
edit- it could make you constipated.
