		<description>You have noticed times when there wasn&#039;t a difference in the way your body feels because maybe you had enough of a given vitamin and/or mineral in your body. Understand that multi-vitamins serve as a supplement to the nutrients that you consume during the course of your regular diet.  Certain conditions in your body may clue you in on nutrient deficiencies.  If you eat healthy foods (green leafy vegetables, non-acidic foods, etc.) you will receive many of the vitamins and minerals the body needs.  Think about this.  They say milk has calcium.  Cows produce most of the milk sold in supermarkets.  Well cows have to process calcium within their bodies and they eat green grass and other green vegetables.  In my opinion, the goal of health is balancement and if you have all that you need or can get what you need from a healthy source, put your multi away.</description>
