If You Take A Multivitamin And Also A B Vitamin Supplements Are You Getting To Many That Can Cause Side Effec?
I read an article who’s topic was the issue that taking to many vitamins can be harmfull to your health. Im not sure if it was reviewed enough,but if anyone knows more about this then i do please help me by answering.

You can only overdose on vitamins that are fat soluble (like vitamin A and D), because they are stored in fatty body tissue. Vitamins that are water soluble (like C and B) can’t build up in your system because they are excreted during urination.

I haven’t had any and I am on a Doc. supervised diet in which I get a b-12 shot once a week and take 2 multivitimins a day and also calcium. so I would ask your Doctor. good luck.

Well, years ago my wife started getting us on a multi-vitamin and a big B vitamin pill and an E vitamin gelatin capsule along with eating healthy. She had “researched” it, but I spoke to my doctor about it and he has had no objection to it, and I’m pretty darn healthy too, so, I’m not saying too many vitamins can’t be harmful, such as too much Vitamin A, but I’d look and see what you can use to help you by talking with your doctor before you begin some vitamin regimen.
