A multivitamin won't hurt and might help. Only because, even with a healthy diet, you might be a little deficient in something.
You seem to be eating well, so you don't need anything else. Just be a total waste of money. Way too much hype out there about supplements.
That being said, it's never too soon to be concerned about your lipid levels. Get that checked out. If any are out of line, you can do a lot to correct, and without prescription drugs.

Yes, sure take one, just make sure it is a quality one from a well respected company and not some junk off the internet. You should be able to find a some quality ones reviewed over at Nutritionaltree.com, they rate supplements but they don't sell them.

Yeah you should probably take a multivitamin... We humans didn't always need these things, but now we live in the day of mass produced food that is probably not as nutritious as the old fashioned stuff.

I would recommend a multivitamin, taking a few Tums everyday (each Tum/pill has 40% of your daily Calcium needs), and also take a protein supplement (helps maintain healthy muscles/promote muscular growth).

It is almost impossible to get all the vitamins we need solely from food. You would have to eat all day long a huge variety of foods. Vitamins will top you up, and keep up the healthy eating : )
