Is It True That Multivitamins Stimulate One’s Appetite?
I am trying to lose some weight so my diet is somewhat restricted. I am taking a multivitamin supplement to make up for the shortfall but I have been told that it will make me hungry! Is this true?

If you are trying to loose weight, eat 6 small meals a day (every 2 hours)… Multi-vitamins don’t stimulate your appetite… If you really want to loose weight, burn 500 calories a day and you will loose 1lb a week safely. It is an honest fact.
