Having to many forgetness times at work and at home, I am in the 35 to 45 age range. I take a multivitamin daily.

    Actually, omega-3 fish oil and/or ginkgo biloba will help improve your memory. You should also find time to do a brain-building activity each day, like a crossword puzzle or sudoku to challenge yourself a little.

    The best supplement for your memory is a placebo!!
    Have a doctor give you something like vitamin d and say its a memory enchancing drug, most likely there will be an improvement.
    However, now you know about this technique it wont work. lol.
    The best/cheapest method is memory games, many found online, these activate areas in your brain that are used for memory cognitions. The constant usage will be very beneficial to you if you do them daily.
