Will A Significant Weight Loss Affect A Tattoo I Plan To Have Done Down My Spine?

Im planning on getting a large tattoo done down the length of my spine and am also losing weight, I would like to know if I get the tattoo done now, will the weight loss significantly effect the tatt?
