Try and eat at least a bit of cereal or a mouthful of toast or something.

I’ve been told by my GP that the only effective way to get vitamins is by shots and that im wasting my money buying over the counter vitamins. But either way- taking vitamins- is not really a breakfast.

My dietician says that breakfast is not that important for adults, if you don’t feel like eating in the morning just don’t eat, I read and herd others say that breakfast is important, to get you metabolism going.
But either way- taking vitamins- is not really a breakfast.

By: 3rd eye

Healthy isnt (unfortunately) a true/false kind of thing.
Is a selection of vitamin tablets a more healthy breakfast than a Go Large Big Mac meal with extra fries -- yes, it probably is.
Is it more healthy than some fresh fruit and a yogurt, no probably not.
You also have to look at your overall diet, you cannot just take one meal and see if its ok. If you eat fruit at every meal, then you should probably not eat an apple for breakfast. If you only eat bacon for every meal, then an apple for breakfast could be the first step to saving your life.

Healthy isnt (unfortunately) a true/false kind of thing.
Is a selection of vitamin tablets a more healthy breakfast than a Go Large Big Mac meal with extra fries — yes, it probably is.
Is it more healthy than some fresh fruit and a yogurt, no probably not.
You also have to look at your overall diet, you cannot just take one meal and see if its ok. Firstly, I don't think your body absorbs all the vitamins and minerals so well without some food. Second, it's important to get some carbs, especially whole grain fiber, and protein.

I’m no expert, but that doesn’t sound like a good breakfast at all.
Firstly, I don’t think your body absorbs all the vitamins and minerals so well without some food.
