For somebody, getting overweight is an easy thing, just let him or her walk in the restaurant for a week and you will see the big difference with his/her weight scale. As you know, being fat or overweight is not only bad for appearance, it also bad for our health. And there are many things we cannot or have difficulties in doing it, such as running to chase our favorite movie star or running from your mother-in-law (just a joke). Here are a few tips you can apply in your daily life and losing weight:
- Exercise Regularly, I love to do aerobic, but simply running or walking for an hour everyday will help you burn the body fat and keep you in shape. Before you have the exercise, it would be better not to eat anything hard to digest or high calories.
- Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice because it will fill your stomach with non soluble fruit fiber and make you feel full longer. The fiber also can decrease fat from getting into your blood stream and cells. I always eat fruit as a dinner, I feel healthier and easy to defecate in the morning. My favorite fruits are apple, papaya, and tomato
- Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals, this tip can make your digestive system works better and give your body better chance to burn calories and fat.
- Drink a lot of water and eat less cookies because water can help your body metabolism and cookies give you a lot of calories intake without feeling full and realize it.
