  • Do not eat snacks at late night because it can raise your sugar levels in the blood stream and no energy spent so your body will convert the extra energy into fat.
  • Decrease alcohol consumption. Do you know that each ml of alcohol contains 7 calories which useless because it contains no nutrient. Moreover, alcohol is also in the form of liquid so you can consume a lot of it in one moment.
  • Exercise regularly which focus on abdominal exercises such as sits ups, crunches and leg raises. You can also add strength training, jump rope and limited cardio for best result.

If you have done all these tips and still gain weight with excess stomach fat, I suggest that you have your hormones checked because you may suffer from hormonal imbalance.
