Nowadays, the increase in computer-related jobs and free time spent online has also added to many eye problems, which can be greatly aided by keeping your eyes refreshed and exercised.

Yes, there are several ways to improve eyesight naturally such as: take enough sleep, various exercises such as re-focusing, palming, sunning, scanning, making use of peripheral vision, reducing eyestrain, and lens therapy to help reverse and prevent worsening eyesight.
