Not exactly, ...
Not exactly, because if we were out in the wild, we would be exercising almost 24/7 because we'd be looking for food, growing it, building homes, etc. Fruit would work better for active people. However, vegetables are very important and I think greens should come first, then fruit. Maybe something like 40-50% greens/vegetables and the rest fruit, when it comes to your produce intake. Eat enough greens/vegetables, then fill the rest in with fruits. As always, listen to your body.

It seems like the ...
It seems like the science is saying that in a plant-based diet, the emphasis is to be on vegetables rather than fruits (is this incorrect?). Hopefully we will know for sure as nutritional science continues to progress.

Too much of ...
Too much of anything can be dangerous. there is a difference between a lot of fruit and too much fruit. I eat healthy living foods...whatever I want. I listen to my body and thats all that matters. There is nothing wrong with a lot of fruit. Fruit is the perfect fruit. You're alright as long as all of your fruit intake is a bunch of raisens.
