I wash my hands with soap religiously, take daily Vitamin C and multivitamin supplements, refrain from putting my hands to face, stay away from sick people, eat well, and am healthy overall. Is it the stress of upcoming examination period that actually caused cold?
I am wondering if taking a Centrum One-a-day multivitamin twice a day for added vitamins would be harmful, or just more beneficial. The bottle says it contains 100% of the daily values of 11 different vitamins and minerals, but would there be harm in getting 200% of the daily recommended amount of some of these? […]
