well i wasn’t really paying attention and had a couple bottles of different foods on my desk and was just eating out of all of them and not paying attention and i accidently ate like.. 10 of those centrum chewable multivitamin/multimineral supplement…
what should i doo?! is that considered overdose and is anything gonna happen if i dont do anything about itt?!?!?! thanks for any helpp!

I noticed that my diet pill has supplements in it (as all diet pills do) so I was curious if I should just take that and ignore my multivitamin. I don’t want to o.d. on anything.

I’ve been taking 2 tums daily (the recommended dose for Tums as a calcium supplement) as well as a multivitamin that contains calcium. Is this okay?

My friend highly recommended “Elevit” as a vitamin and mineral supplement for me because she said it contains higher level of folate than most other multivitamin supplements used in pregnancy. Other than that, it also helps prevent iron deficiency. Problem is, I couldn’t find any pharmacies or drugstores here in Deutschland who offers Elevit. Could anyone tell me which Apotheke offers Elevit in Germany, if not what is the substitute supplement for the term Elevit in Deutschland?
