There are alot of multivitamins out there and some are pretty expensive. What do I really need? I am trying to exercise and eat right. I was told that a great multivitamin can also be a great part of the plan to lose weight and get fit. Is there a place inline where I can get multivitamins cheaper?

Just curious. Who’s better off? The people who follow rigid super healthy diets with 100 servings of fruits and veggies and this and that every day with no multivitamin? Or the average joe who eats decent meals (fast food sometimes) and takes a multivitamin?
Does the multivitamin provide the same benefits as healthy food?

I am looking for a high quality multivitamin/supplement – saw someonew’s post of ingredient check list, in particular – types of calcium and magnesium. I notice Shaklee being touted as high quality- but the vitalizer pack contains the forms of calcium and magnesium people have written to stay away from – cheap and non-absorbable. just wanted to ask if the vitalizer is still a good high quality product.
