New Ideas to solve constipation and digestion problems

To tell you the truth, I seldom suffer from constipation because of these few tricks I want to share with you here:

  • When I suffer from constipation, I usually drink a lot of fresh water in an empty stomach (2-4 liters of water). I always do it before eating anything after wake up in the morning. And I can make sure you will defecate easily a half hour after that.
  • Eat fruits and vegetables at night before sleep, I always drink a glass of juice made from an apple, a carrot and a tomato together with the pulp. In the morning I will defecate easily without any pain
  • Eat dinner before 6 pm every day to make your digestive system rest at night
